I scored this frame on eBay a while back. Think somebody on here wanted the parts.

I knew of some uber rare Clark Kent cranks and found a Clark Kent pineapple hub. Then added in a shimano xtr groupo and mixed it all up and got to this point:

Sorry about photo quality. Will do some more before I get those tires dirty

I'm not sure if it needs refinement yet. Need to take it for a spin - stem looks high but actually feels right. A ride will determine.

Suggestions and improvements welcomed?

Re:

It's looking very nice, I agree that Ti and green works nicely, I had something similar going on with my Raleigh at one time.

A set of Judy FSX would be the icing on the cake I reckon (or even something like a Pace RC36?) although the XC's also look okay saying that. I just like the look of carbon with Ti...

Get some boot polish on that Flite though ;)

Re:

Ah the CK :-D

Looks great that does mate, looking forward to seeing better pictures of the cranx and hub.

Judys look good, but I agree with mynci, a set of carbon FSX would look sweet.

Want a set?

Niall.

I'm yet to ride it properly. I hope it's similar ti ibis. Sharp and fast.

Nice bike fella. There don't seem many around!

 I do like that. Very nice. The bars do look high, especially with those spacers, but if it fits... also have to agree about the forks, sl's would look better than the xc's. Oh, and maybe a couple more drawers on the wall behind

How do you ever find anything?!

Also a big fan of green and ti (there's a stash a-waiting here ;) ), not totally sure I'd agree with carbon forks though. Looking great as it is though, despite the strangled-chicken spacer stack :p Look forward to some close-ups...

Re:

sweet ride. may i suggest custom painted "titanium" judy legs? they look great on my bowti..
