CIRRUS/EXPERIENCE Prototype.

this what i have been told is possibly a prototype for the rocky mountain cirrus and/or experience.

rocky used to squirrel away a bunch of stuff like this bitd and occasionally have a clearance sale to get rid of it.
my buddy BC bought this from a guy who purchased it at one of those sales. apparently it lived outside
under a sundeck for quite a few years.

biggest differences are the rear stays. they are made of tubing shaped in a `D'. the flat side is facing the tire.
also there is no stay brace.

since the cirrus and experience first came out in 1990, this was possibly made in 1989. earlier? thoughts?

as usual my pictures aren't the greatest. and sun is too bright. maybe take it on next weeks ride and get
a buddy to shot some better ones.

all good on this one. no cracks anywhere.

had this one out on our weekly ride. didn't get a chance to get better pictures.
another difference i noticed is the down tube is oversized. measures 5 1/2" in
circumference. regular cirrus and experience measures 5". clearly rocky was
experimenting with different ideas on tube sizes and shapes.
