Chas Roberts Frame info appreciated

Hi!

I bought this frame a while back thinking I was going to build it up for my gf, but unfortunately the frame is too small for her (51 cm). Now I’m planning on selling it, but before I do I would like to find out as much as possible about this beautiful steel.

Is there any way of finding out year of manufacture from the serial?

Can anyone better at recognising columbus tubing and stickers than me tell me which type of columbus it is? (The frame does not have any spirals in the steerer or the tubes and takes a 27.2 seatpost). The weight is about 2.30-2.40 kg (frame+fork)

I am fairly certain that is the 18th frame built in November 1986, a nice looking lightweight frame, hopefully someone will be along with advice about the tubing.
