Charge Spoon saddles

Just picked up a nice brown one for my Orange Prestige..

Looking through their '92 catalogue, Orange used their own brown Ti railed saddles on nearly all the bikes in the photos and they look great! Alas, not the easiest bit of kit to pick up nowadays...

I like the look of a brown saddle and, as I've already got a Flite on the Alu 'O', I fancied something different for this build.

Don't hear too much of them on here (well, not that I've noticed anyway!) - anyone like 'em?

:?:

Matty :D

I've got one on one of my bikes - it's comfortable enough, well made and good value.
My favourite saddle though is the SDG Bel-Air (Camo version) that I now have on my Hummingbird.

I likes them - have one on my Kaffenback and AA.

If you get a standard one (~£25), if it's not comfy, you should should be able to sell it on without too much trouble. If it fits fine - either keep it, or splash out on a ti railed one, and sell on the standard one.

Interested in these too as I'm thinking of changing my Gobi (Not impressed and I've given it a few years) for a Spoon.

4 Spoon Ti saddles and 1 WTB rocket V Ti saddle

The Spoon is a superb saddle, excellent value for the money & very comfortable (but not quite as comfy as my all time fave the WTB, but the WTB costs twice as much as the Spoon!)

Highly recommended

I've used Flite's for ever and ever but bent one and don't fancy the £££ to buy a new one. Going to get a cheap Spoon and see how it fits. Some cracking deals out there and I've seen them on special for as little as £16 - though infuriatingly not now I come to need to buy one

I have ridden 2 Flites the last 20 years. Now i am after a white Ti Spoon with a blue logo just because it will be refreshing to give my old Eldridge a slightly different touch.
