Chameleon (or similar) drop out inset??

Anyone know where I might be able to find an insert (or have one lying about? ) similar to the non drive side one below?

I just need something 10mm high to fit in the slot and could modify something similar.

Thanks Andy, yes, I just need the simpler one or an older pair if someone has them cheaper.
