Would new Deore, or Alivio chainrings fit 4 bolt STX-RC cranks, or should I replace the whole lot with a new Deore Crankset ?

I think I have a full set of STX chainrings that have very little use.
May not have all the bolts...

Thanks, but this is more a hypothetical question at the moment.
I have 3 Marins FRS's all late 1990's all with STX-RC chainsets, some original some have been changed in-between times, but I guess all will need work at some point.
I have just replaced cassettes and chains on all 3, and one has has new jockey wheels to the rear mech.
