I have found a Carlton Lady (?) Clubman frame and fork in the same paint scheme as the one posted by Dirt Disciple. I've found no images, catalogue references, or seen any similar bikes or frames. I'm a restorer, and if it's possible I would do so. I have no idea of the gear it might have had. It is quite light and springy. I will post a photo when it's not 3am.
