I've got these two. The left is the OG off the Lava Dome and the right is the one off the '96 Hahanna. Not sure if the wear on the Lava Dome one will allow me to drill it out without breaking, and the Hahanna one isn't the right orientation, as the cable exit hugs the radius of the clamp.I just drilled my dog collar out
Nice! Half the price of the PS one.Another possible option maybe?

Damn those must be tiny. These ones? The sjs item might not be strong enough to take vbrake forces - the ps one is, but might dig into the paint.
You can use a shimano step- down ferrule into the enlarged exit hole in the dog collar,
4mm?
View attachment 948542looks quite tidy, and the bulk of the force is taken against the seatpost.
Full length cable can be concealed under the top tube, but leaves the front brake outer stop empty![]()

Very nice. This is the kind of stuff that really makes me want a machine shop. This would be the most elegant solution. It's a bit expensive but might be worth it.

Cheers thank you. Delivery is still £3.50 so might have to get something else. ._.That's them.
You get a pack with every roll of shimano outer, but only sell a few a year!
