SV2000 was a pretty high-end model. there are adapter cups available to fit regular forks. vintagecannondale.com carries lots of old cannondale catalogues.
If it's 1.5" you can get headset reducers from www.betd.co.uk. Also from www.chainreactioncycles.com you can buy reducer headsets (different to headset reducers!!) which are 1.5" on the outside but 1 1/8th on the inside if you see what I mean.
Not sure if the cannondale headset is 1.5", I think it's a bit bigger. But adapter cups are available. My super V runs adapter cups and then a normal 1 1/8" headset. If needs be you can get cups machined up. If you want to go this route I can take measurements of one of my spare ones. I've got one of Martyn Ashton's ones lying around somewhere. These were slightly different as the hole was drilled off centre so you choose two different head angles.
I will try and take a photo of mine when I have a spare minute, although probably won't be until next week.
As mentioned you can run adpater cups. I think the headshoks are 1.56", not the 1.5" standard. The SuperV's need a headshok or lefty in my opinion though
