Update on Dale he's not very well and has a very bad headset it's making him all grumbly, so after advise he's been put to bed as they cannot find a cure in the near future or at all.
So saying there's lovely shiny silver parts lying around i thiught I'd finally build one of my dream bikes i stared at in the magazines in 1989, the MS Racing CR1.
I've cleaned it last night and gave it a quick polish to see how it responds which turned out good, so now i'm going to do about another 10 coats of polish on it to get the black paint gleaming again.
Just need to dig out a stem and find the seatpost which came with it,really looking forward to getting this built up
