So are decals wrong for that era, should be on the top tube? also early ones had crown forks so maybe its later....see it says it was custom painted........don't see many of the 24/26 here. interesting....good spot.

I assume it's incorrect decals due to late respray them winging it. Not sure about the fork, could be a third party replacement, definitely U-brake so it's of the right age.
