Can you try to identify this unicorn plz?

This one is for sale, and I have no clue what it might be. User says it is a custom made US bike, but I lean towards Wilier or something similar from Italy. Decal on the steering tube probably says "Climber MTB" Any suggestions?

Looks similar to a Grove innovations x frame, but not the same.

Alpine stars did one similar to this as well (forget the model, had one though). Again, not sure its the same.

Pics I've seen don't have the top brace or double rear stays. S-bike did something similar iirc
