As far as I am aware you can also list on eBay. Have seen plenty of people who advertise their items on here, eBay and Facebook. On here the price is lower due to no fees vs. eBay

No worries. The main thing is to let other users know if when you have sold your item(s) by selecting the SOLD option on the original post. Saves you having to reply to people asking if something is still for sale, although lots of people still ask!!!

Ah, gotcha. In that case my interpretation is that it's fine to list in the for sale section if you're willing to sell it outside ebay (saving everyone fees), but putting the ebay link in the For sale specific forum would be a no go.

No. You might want to mention it's on fleabay but you don't have to move / remove the listing unless you want the transaction to go through fleabay.
