Can you identify this Campaq rear mech - C Record?

Picked up an E G Bates a week ago with C Record era 8 speed parts on it - mix of Chorus, Athena and Record. Can't identify the rear mech though - front looks like C Record, but back does not. Is it Chorus? Or even Athena?
Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like a Chorus, but if you look on VeloBase you might think differently to me ?

Yes checked Velobase but still not confident which one it is.

Chorus with the short cage & was good for 7/8speed.. cantbtie down the year but late 80’s early 90’s I’d say

Hi

I'd say Chorus from 1991. C Record had a more polished and different shaped barrel adjuster (wider and not knurled) and had pulley wheels with a bigger bearing cover.
