Can anyone recognise this Scapin?

It’s branded TR-X (with some nice Tre G forks)
But according to @danaroby00 and @kingoffootball it isn’t like any TR-X they have ever seen.
The cable routing etc is all wrong
Plus the head tube has Road written on it rather than Off Road as Scapin MTB usually have

Can anyone solve this mystery ?

I'm pretty confident it's a frame made by Scapin for another compan that has been refinishedy, but I can't remember all the companies that I have heard they made frames for. Cagiva and Bianchi ..... who else?
