Can anyone indentify this frame

Hello

I recently got this bike from my father and I would really like to know what frame it is. The frame is steel and I'm guessing it is from the early/mid nineties. It has been repainted so there are no decals on the frame.

Yes it is british threading.

All I know about the age is that my dad got it second hand in the mid nineties.

With the short rear ends, aero fork crown and under bracket cable routing? More like late 80's in my (often wrong!) opinion. Mudguard eyes not often found on a frame like this at that time though. Possibly from a 'trade' builder somewhere in Europe - Holland, Belgium or Italy?

Who are AC Cyklery?

Old Ned, It's possibly Arne Christiansen Cykler in Hjørring, Denmark. Up north from me.

You are correct, that is where my dad bought it.

I'll try ask my dad if he has anymore info on the frame later today.

If forgot to take pictures of the cable routing for the rear brake, maybe that helps.

And the frame number.

Braze-ons, use of allen head bolt and plastic cable guide under the bottom bracket also say at least 80's or later to me. Fork looks 90's as does the headset - earlier forks usually have a crown and the curve is closer to the bottom. Cast drop-outs suggest it's at least a mid-range frame as a bottom end one would have flat pressed drop-outs and a pressed rear brake bridge. Same goes for the cable routing which you would not find on a low-end frame. If you can measure the diameter of the set post it will tell us something about the grade of steel. 25.4mm is normal grade steel, 26.0 is something like Reynolds 501, 27.0 - 27.2 will be Reynolds 531 or similar.
