Is this manufacturered 6 month of 1991 or 2001 if anyone can put me right

I dont think its 1991. The stamp they used back then was different and the months in the circle were italian shorts (letters). Not digits.

Can you also show the rails of the saddle from the side. With them you can see if its an "original" or a modern reissue.

That is a (2021) re-issue version. No 90s original.

I never saw flite reissues.

my black railed turbo says 16 and points to September iirc, might be wrong on the month

Well that’s impossible, saddle is original, on a bike from 1996. Seller didn’t change the saddle, he left it in his garage/loft and never used it?

Just checked, date stamp says 19 and points to N

In my experience Turbos always have the last two digits of the year they were produced in the centre of the 'dial', though admittedly most that I've owned have been 80's, early 90's and modern. Maybe a misprint
