Can anybody date this Colnago Dream frame?

Hi all, new to the forum and just bought the bike in the pics. I'm trying to work out year it was made; currently it's got a more modern campag groupset on it and I'm trying to get it back to the right spec for the year.

I thought it was 2003 at first but the soft Art Deco paint is more like a 1997-1998 frame. Any ideas?

Looks better to me as it is now, just needs a black seat post. It looks barely used, I hope you are going to change that situation .

Would love something like that myself but baggy shorts and a beer belly just wouldn't cut it. My lycra days are a distant memory!
