First pair. Veloce shifters that came new with my best bike in 1998. These were well used as the bike became my do everything bike, but they have sat in a draw for much of the last 10 years. (The old best bike now runs fixed..)
They were working fine when I stopped using them, 9 speed Campagnolo, 8 speed Shimano, double or triple.
The (second pair) of hoods are worn, and they have some cosmetic damage, but they remain functional and serviceable shifters

Second pair. 10 speed Veloce shifters, Bought new and used on my audax bike for about a year or so. These worked fine when I removed them, with Campagnolo 10 or Shimano 8, double or triple. Again they have been sat in a draw for a number of years. Cosmetic condition is very good
