Really good job that, wasnt sure what to expect. Done fast also.

Edit: i mean i wasnt sure what was actually going to be done to it.

Looks top notch work.

i am really pleased with the result

i would highly recommend Jon at Calypso conversions. he's based in Salisbury, pretty easy to find

http://www.calypsocampers.co.uk/

he's in the process of doing the mystery machine from scooby doo, a company that specializes in premier rental vehicles has recently decided to do movie cars etc so they wanted a mystery machine so Jon is building one using a vw t25 as the base for it.

:D

Very nice

One thing I'm curious about is why only a double seat in the rear?

More storage space?

I'm guessing it's not for easier access as it's not on the door side is it?

Does look very well done and makes me want a van even more now!

well the vw rear seats cost a fortune! about 1300 if memory serves but as i'm not ever gonna sit there i didn't want to spend that money. i did want a pair of single seats upfront though so it made sense to move the double seat to the rear giving 4 seats in total although it's rare for me to have more than 3 of us in the van so comfort should be fine.

the space is also useful at the mo and long term i could fit a sink/cooker/fridge/units etc so we'll see what happens long term as to what changes or upgrades i might make. the way Jon built it is so that it can be changed easily, that's how he likes to do things, even with his camper conversions each is individual to the vehicle and made to measure as opposed to a fixed pre-built unit that fits in from the back.

as it is it leaves scope for change

:D

Now that makes sense

Just buy the 1 single for the front & move the double to the rear I presume

Damn I want a T5, or a Caddy now...
