build thread for my van!!

Hell LGF, you don't need a camper or even a caravan. That Merc could pull a fully built brick house around!

I wasn't sure about the later generation dub vans, but lately a friend has one and it is a pleasant place to be, and at twice the economy of my old ones it makes a lot of sense.

Handle too, as they come!

Pfffft, you call those conversions? Where's the plywood?

You certainly would, cause you would have to be high as a kite to build it, let alone drive it!

Beetles have been turned into just about everything over the years.

I don't understand the thing about micro campers.

Like the ones on the back of a wee pick-up, or the wee delivery vans done out as campers.

The bay windows were compact enough. My favourite camper for actually using as such was actually a Type 25. But I keep that a secret.

I cannot imagine this one being as spacious...

I love my Bongo (Mazda - not what the internet is awash with). I do a fair few festivals and now we have the tow hook on the back, I'm saving for a bike rack so that I can make it to a few meets.

Johnboy, what you've done so far looks amazing. :)

Nice work, been after a T4 Multi or caravelle for ages but living on a terrace street with no off road parking its not an option at the mo

hey ernie, didn't know you were over there, i sort of stopped logging on over there, sort of got a little well . . . hmm . . . keyboard warrior etc or they just ignore you.

@ matt, do it anyway
