I really like the scales idea. Did you cut them out by hand or do you have a die for the guillotine of yours?

Thank you. I was inspired by a friend who'd done a similar thing with tetrapacks. I used the guillotine to slice the ends off then cut them out a few at a time with some sturdy old scissors. Hoping to get them in place over the weekend. I'm tempted by @bikeworkshop Roman tiles idea of alternating silver and outer label rows of them.
