Seat post looks good but theirs an imbalance of black n silver ie ; it needs some black on the wheels or chainset imo..

Can't bloody win with you lot......

Only just catching up with the final build pics. Glad I missed the updates do I could follow the finale of its journey in one sitting!

Turned out great! I'm super impressed with the stem!

Pity there's a bit of play in the front, but it's a great bike and even if it was totally unrideable it's a bike to lose hours on just staring at IMHO!

Glad you posted the smoke/smoking pic - I got to zoom in so that the Instagram post from a while back of the same photo now makes sense

Love the saddle and bars colours. Honestly I liked it more with the silver post but I get why you swapped it. Agree with M.P's comment about the black/silver imbalance, so I'm keen to see how it now looks with the black rings on. I'm sure they'll improve it.

Big thumbs up from me on this build Lee. Really admirable.

Yippee!! that's the ticket it mate and you'll not regret it as i'm pretty sure you'll get what i mean when you fit those lovely Deore's although you could of just told us to bugger off so that tells me you weren't sure about the set up any way ..

Re:

Late to the party again!

So glad you scored (all of) this - looks ace. I was going to mention the black rings too

Re:

Hi Greg,

Would be nice to see some pictures of yours as they are rare beasts.

After a discussion with a couple of like minded people at the iconoclassic show we came to the conclusion that the pneumatic shock cannot be serviced, it does state on my steer tube that nobody should try to disassemble the fork as it could be dangerous also stating that no heat should not be placed upon the area near where the pneumatic shock is, if the company was still in existence I would have sent mine back for a service but unfortunately the company has long ceased trading and the inventor has now passed away.... I fear any hope of reviving these units is doomed.

Hi RBG,

Thank's for your prompt answer. Your're right, my goal is not to open the "under pression" cartridge, but to replace a ring between the cartridge and the piston because it goes down for each rebound (excuse me for the language i'm french).

The frame is not at home at this moment, i'm trying to catch pictures very fast and show you this issue.

I already knows the tragic way for Mr michael Browning unfortunatly....

Greg
