Just buy from a UK based third party retailer.

The stock won't have left the UK and if you shop around the price could well be cheaper than buying direct from Brooks anyway.

Ordinarily yes, but nobody had stock of the 100mm grips, i don't think they're very popular, it was £135 from Brooks or £30odd from Amazon.

One of my friends lives in Singen nr the German-Swiss border so he sends me bits i need from Bike24 but even they were out of stock.

Yeah, spokes.
You can however get a thread cutter for spokes for about 35 quid, so you could actually make your own, or cut down/lengthen the brooks or amazon one.
