Very Very Nice!! I've just started an almost similar project, just inquiring as to how much reaming was needed for the headtube to fit a 1 1/8" headset. My CK seems just a wee bit too big to want to try and press in. Any and all info is greatly appreciated. Again, Top Shelf build mate and story line

I did not ream the headtube. I had the King headset milled to fit. Much easier and I can re-use the headset on other frames should the time come. The same guy that makes the bars did the headset. http://mrtick.us/Products.html
