Brake levers for tiny hands recommendations

Currently got the original brake levers on my (beloved) 90s Dawes Galaxy but I have tiny hands so they're a little big to reach and if I'm changing them anyway I would like levers with a quick release so I can get the wheels off a bit easier. I've done some googling but I can't find much that fits the bill that doesn't seem to be no-name nasty stuff.

The bike is mostly used for touring, so it's pretty rare that I'm in the drops and I've already got interrupters/cyclo-cross brakes added. Cantilever brakes, so short/standard pull

So, any recommendations on brake levers for drop handlebars that
- work for literally child sized fingers
- are available to fit a 24mm handlebar
- have a quick release feature in the lever
- don't look horrible/super out of place on an old bike

i have some dia compe 251 aero brake levers with “compact” levers which are a bit better shaped for smaller hands.

however i would suggest you get some early dura ace (bl-7300) or 600ax (bl-6300) levers which both have an adjuster screw which allows you to change the reach to suit your hand size. the DA ones are a few grams lighter but cost vastly more…

I recently tried some Shimano 105 BL 1050s, and found the hoods to be very small. I didn't pay attention specifically to the lever position though, sorry, but this also with vary with your bar and where you place the levers, right?

Shimano claims clamp to 24.2. doesn't have a qr in the lever, but for cantis you don't need that right?

I ended up using a different lever.
