Brake levers for tiny hands recommendations

I recently tried some Shimano 105 BL 1050s, and found the hoods to be very small. I didn't pay attention specifically to the lever position though, sorry, but this also with vary with your bar and where you place the levers, right?

Shimano claims clamp to 24.2. doesn't have a qr in the lever, but for cantis you don't need that right?

I ended up using a different lever.

+1 on this. I have both aero and non-aero 1050s, and the latter seem even smaller. I don't have small hands, but like riding that bike because of small and comfortable these levers are. Only problem - they are quite hard to find.

Agree, they are most comfortable. Better than the tricolours and better than the modern Shimano equivalent. I wore the hoods out on the last pair I had and the modern hoods don't fit that well

Cinelli used to make a bar with specific indents to allow the levers to have a closer biting point.
