Brake and rotor fouling issue

I have some Rockshox Revelations and am running a Chris King ISO hub on a 20 mm maxle with Hope Tech M4 brakes. The setup has a post mount adapter to allow a 203mm rotor. When I first got this lot together I had issues as the floating rotor I was using was dragging on the caliper and made it unusable. I got a non floating rotor and this made it better but I am having to run the caliper at the limits outboard on the fork. It still drags and needs another couple of mm to clear it.

Does anyone do a post point adapter to allow adjustment on the adapter as you would normally do on the caliper?

Does the calliper need to move away along the axle or at right angles to the axle ie radially.

The latter can usually be fixed with a couple of washers.
Can you pist photo showing the prob.

I've had similar problems with Magura Louises onto a Manitou SX. I had to file the bolt holes on the Post-IS adaptor to allow it to slide further outboard.
