BoTM June 2009 - Team Bikes

This month's special BoTM is 'Team Bikes'. We're after bikes formerly owned by professional teams or professionals. Even better if it can be linked with evidence to an actual rider. No replicas please, let's keep it to the real McCoy

would my Gazelle Suberbe count? no proof but Frame number is TVM08, might be a tad modern though I reckon it is a 1999/2000 roughly around the time of TVM team being disbanded.

....oh and it is missing a few parts like wheels and handlebars but that could be fixed... nothing like a challenge.

I guess not too many real team bikes around here (that yellow/blue Raleigh comes to my mind) ?
And how does one really prove that the bike has been an actual team bike?

I would like to nominate the following bike on behalf of the eternally slack & totally infrequent Retrobike forum member Loopyjuice.

It quallifies on 2 counts,
1- Its a Marin Team Titanium
2- I picked it up on Loopy's behalf from a Mr. Paul Lasenby. (actually he dropped it around at my place of work, then Loopy picked it up from me when he could be bothered to drag his lazy ass out of wales.)

Only proof of the connection I can offer is Mr Lasenbys Business card that he gave me at the time (if I can find it).
