Yes. I've thought this before too.
This sort of comment seems to be cropping up more regularly amongst our transatlantic brethren.
I think it'd be rather interesting to have a run-down of past winners.
I'd feel quite happy with the assumption that more than 75% would have their origins in the US...
Can't help feeling that some people seem to have got their backs up of late because RB is hosted in the UK, and maybe some of the most recent winners of BOTM are British brands...

In fact, I have nothing better to do so have actually decided to compile the results of previous winners.
I know this is very sad, and very off topic, but I'm not sure what the posts by various people have been about of recent with regard BOTM, and UK-bias.
Is the problem that the bikes are owned by people outside of the USA?
I'm pretty confused really. There have certainly been lots of entrants over the years by people with British or European made frames, but the competition is (by format) decided by the winner - and these have almost always (bar very few exceptions) been from USA manufacturers.
So what's the beef kids?
Can we stop the snide remarks please.
The bikes that win may not be owned by people living in the USA, but the bikes were designed (and in the most part made) in the USA.
The BOTM is about the bike, not the individual so please stop all this bollocks about British bias.
Unless it's B.O.L.X by acronym, your comments are just bollocks.
