Well, the sun is shining. It's too nice to be indoors.

I had these old white stans rims, but they looked a bit not exactly awful, but not too lovely either.

As I've got more understated in my old age I thought I'd give them a bit of a makeover.

Tidy job but so far

So what's it to be?
White spokes (halo) and anodised gold hubs?
The matching shell suit and chunky chain necklace might be a bit much

Been stripping the anodising off some hubs we used for testing the laser etcher. So it's going to be silver Bitex with glitter top coat hubs, silver Sapim laser spokes and purple nipples.

Already got the shell suit and chunky chain necklace - not such a popular look these days.

Well, I laced them up with some used spokes we had knocking around. CX ray for the rear and D-lights up front. Purple double square nipples. I'll tension them tomorrow if the paint has cured. I feel there needs to be some pink in here somewhere.
