Bontrager Race Lite - suspension speciifc or not?

Hi,

Im in the process of selling a good friends Bontrager frame. We are not totally sure if its from 95 or 96 or even 94. I have been asked if it is a suspension spefic design. I know that it runs realy well with a short travel suspension fork... But has there been designs that were non-suspension speciifc that looks like this one?

Could a serialnumber help on the precise estimation of year and design?

Looks like mine is a suspended model... 95 or 96
