Maybe not. Only Yeti or FAT ones. The ø3,8mm is very tiny... Looks like old road ferrules, for the RD cable.

I've relented - just removed the black ferrules and put silver ones on there............
Not really what I wanted - the black ferrules against the near black purple was so understated it was almost invisible.

Just a wipe over with an oily rag and this should be about done.

Ok - I need to swap the brake blocks to brand new minty XTR ones - and get the brakes and gears tweaked - so next week then

Lower the onza pill and you will get better braking w/ more modulation and power. Straddl cable should get close to a 90 degr. angle w/ the brake arms.

I think I took that before I’d twigged that the cable was slipping through the brake clamp.
I think the final version is closer to 90deg once I’d tightened the nut.
This is why I usually get someone else to do the fiddly bits

I don't know how but I forgot about this build, glad it's moving along. Wish my metallic purple powder was in as nice a shape as yours.

I don't think it's had a very hard life, therefore the paint is lovely. A few nicks in the decals.

Did I spot Ultradynamico Mars on one of yours - I was looking at those the other day. Any good?
