How tall are you and is the pic of the whole bike how it was set up for you? What was the length of the stem?

I'm about 6'3". I did ride this bike as it was there as a test, but it wasn't set up for me. I don't have a good idea of road bike fit, but this bike was a bit small for me. The Nitto stem is 95 mm and still available.
