I'm about to do some mega touring on my 1992 Marin Pine Mountain which sadly means upgrades. It's currently all original bar the tyres and saddle and in incredibly good nick, it was barely ridden before I got it and I've kept it well. I've loved it being original and it's so beautiful, but that's why I want to tour on it. I can't justify storage for a year for the parts, nor can I do what I'm planning on wheels from 92 and a bottom gear of 22 gear inches. That brings me to needing to sell bits.
As it's all in good condition, I'm hoping there are some folk that can finish a build with them and continue their life, but have no idea how much they're worth! I'm not certain yet how much is staying or going, but up for grabs are likely to be:
* Marin Lite stem
* Marin Lite T6 aluminium bars with original grips and Tioga bull bars
* Shimano Deore DX wheels (front and back, original stickers, they're really beautiful and hard to let go)
* Shimano Deore XT 7 speed derailleur, cassette and shifters. Even the cassette still has some life in it
