His bikes are that good. Trained in Italy, then emmigrated to Canada, has been making fine quality in Montreal for decades. I've had my eye on a Marinoni for years and the only thing stopping me is not enough storage space.

Canada Cycle & Motor Co. Ltd. Established in 1895 as a consolidation of four major Canadian bicycle manufacturers: H.A. Lozier, Massey-Harris, Goold, and Welland Vale. Bankrupt and absorbed by ProCycle in 1983.

Hard to call CCM high level - aside from some of the bikes they made back in the 30's and 40's
