Ignoring the dross that are most of the Railtrack and NYCC bridges around here I present a couple of privately owned examples.
The first two are the bridal way bridge at Myton-on-Swale and the third is Aldwark toll bridge.

If there was a metalled surface on both sides of the Myton bridge I'd use it regularly as the deck of the Aldwark bridge seems to have been constructed by Orthodontists.
