A small bridge near Felley Priory, Notts. That little stream feeds Moorgreen res, which was originally built to supply water for topping up the Nottingham canal.
I've ridden past this several times thinking it was part of Spain's industrial past only to discover it is a Roman aqueduct . It appears to be still in use, shurly not though.
Fairly boring photo but there’s quite a nice big bridge in there that’s a lot easier to see during winter. Underneath it ran part of the Great Northern Railway Nottingham to Derby line. I doubt many people know it was even there.
