I honestly don't think Muc-Off is any use whatsoever. I've never saved any effort using it, infact it takes more effort to spray the bloody stuff.
On a more helpful note, I use wipes pre-soaked in isopropyl-alcohol for degreasing and cleaning fiddly bits. I get them through work but these look like a similar product:
