Bike identification

Hello all, I was just wondering if anyone could help me identify this frame. There is a sticker which i believe is NC17 but there is no information on them having made a frame nor can i find anything with the BB serial number so im at a loss to what it is. Any help appreciated

Ironically i own 2 of those so I'm quite certain its not one of those!

And by that I mean the ATX 1 , didn't even consider it to be a giant frame!

Yes id definitely agree that giant are synonymous with that type. I love a guessing game but pinpointing specifics of this model really has me stumped!

What about guesing a 2004 model year, just because its >2000 due to IS disc mount Standard and frame number includes "04"?
