Well avid are (in my opinion) the best v brake lever manufacturers and the black ops just look awesome. In your case I would go with silver ones. Depends on your budget but there are some for sale I think somewhere here.

I’ve never seen that Sachs rear mech.
Its very rare it’s basically a longer caged 9 speed Sachs Quarz
Mars took over the Sachs factory - it was a Sachs management and worker buyout after SRAM took over - and they for about a year made some mechs and other things - amongst these was this 9 speed Quarz mech rebranded as Mars.
The black ops are hideously expensive now too
But I fancied a change and I love the look (and by all accounts the performance and build is very good) of the FRM DP4

Tyres will be IRC Mythos XC with an amber wall
Skewers will be the pinkish FRM ones off the martini racing (while that gets black ones!!)
