Some of the parts
I decided on not spoiling the look of the headset and stem by inserting a cable hanger - so opted for the Tektro cannondale Force 40 types which fit into the hole on the forks
Have to decide on a rear hanger

Matching the FRM levers and 3TTT Ti stem I opted for 9 speed LX M570 shifters in a silver grey duo tone.

Also IRC Mythos slick XC at around 450g
And a 215g Turbo Lite where the red has faded to pink!! Yay

Next update will be the bike built up with these bits

Installed the shifters and grips
I had to look long and hard for a 9 speed shifter which matches this build and settled on duo tone LX M570 and couldn’t be happier - I didn’t realise how nice they are - good quality metal - and better looking than the XT
Must admit I’m impressed - always overlooked LX

WTB dual compound grips being my favourite too

Almost done
Started doing the cabling in the garden and it got dark so will finish tomorrow morning

It’s too big for me so unfortunately has to be sold - wondering whether it’s worth taking some snaps of and entering it into BoTM? No chance of winning but good to have it on display as it is very nice but too big
