Best wat to remove lacquer?

I've recreated the decals. If anyone has the originals to check againt size and colour I'd appreciate it. They won't be exact but close enough. I don't mind sharing a high-res PDF once finished so you can get your own printed.

P.s the attached should be 100% size.
