Indeed - having got it out, I'm tubing if taking the matter up with park - because although I find a lot of their tools inferior to cheaper alternatives, their customer service is good and human - a rarity nowdays.
So I will tell them it doesn't work and report back.
Let's see if they ask me to produce the invoice of the original sale...
