If you're riding Brooks anyway, then it's a substantial weight saving.
Iirc the titanium Brooks had a rep for snapping. I think we one ever sold one, and that's the same number if broken ones I've seen
(Don't think it was the same saddle)

Brooks use or at least used to use commercially-pure Ti from IMI which is significantly weaker than the 3Al 2.5V Ti used on most saddles. I love a Swift Ti though but I don’t feel confident using it off road - it don’t half creak and moan!
