Depends on how old your Daughter is really. There is nothing less than 26" wheel, with a small frame size from BITD really. If she is about 9 or older then Orange, Kona and GT have produced small frames that can be built up to suit a child.
Both myself and Clockworkgazz have built up retro bikes for our young ones based on these frames (mine was a Kona Hahanna, Gazz used an Orange Clockwork) which you can find in the readers bikes section.

Well..... I'm not convinced you're right about that!!

My sons KHS is from 1993 with 20" wheels..... ;)

I was really thinking along the lines of the 24" bikes you can get today (like the Kona Kula and Stinky 24), which is why I asked about the age. The KHS is OK but is fairly basic (the Shimano SIS rear mech and fairly basic chainset give this away) in comparison to today's Islabikes and even some mainstream stuff, but I will grant you it's a step up from a 90's 20" wheel Raleigh Mustang though.
