Penny Farthing is basically a unicycle with a trailer - but the hinge between the two wheels keeps the unicycle stable front/rear.

Fun to ride, unlike a unicycle.

Jo bought me a unicycle, I could track stand it but moving off eluded me. I got rid of it before I royally ####ed myself.

Thanks mate. My 1989 Raleigh Royal. One of my favourites. Now has Blackburn rack and low riders off of the Randonneur, which got Tubus racks.

Chopper Cruise @ Porthcawl, South Wales. Circa 1999. We had x3 females on that cruise - x2 visible in the photo and we were also stalked by some random kid on a BMX... no idea why


This one is for @bikeworkshop . This is a customised chopper I built in the late 90s with an extended frame & forks. Your idea of electrifying the T-Bar shift wasn't so daft after all. The extra mini T-bar shifter I machined up actuated the front headlight using a modified Citroen 2CV indicator stalk switch for HIGH beam - OFF - LOW beam. Ah the days when I had time to mess about with bikes!

Maybe he thought are bikes were adult BMX's? The Welsh aren't known for being the brightest...
