Best bike ever!

Classic Raleigh stretching the longevity of a model for as long as it could by simply updating colours and style branding to keep up with latest trends (sci-fi, hi-tech & futuristic) and certain touchpoints (such as saddle).

Same handlebar pad (PVC with press-studs) as their early Burners before they moved to woven polyester and velcro fixings.

This is far more interesting than job hunting which is what I'm supposed to be doing! 🤣

Yes, sadly!

Was made redundant 2 weeks before Christmas (along everyone else in the company) and redundancy ends 5th March so frantically contacting people for potential work. No real permanent positions out there (especially as I moved away from London!) so looks like I'll become a freelance contractor which is far from ideal, but long term means I can work direct with clients to potentially earn more money. Last thing I needed at the moment, but need to get on with it. 💪

FYI I'm a Product/Industrial designer hence I might go into work lingo when talking/describing about elements of bikes and their design... 🤪
