Are these still legal in an open TT?

Yep, 650 front you mean?

You can more or less ride what you want in a CTT event - although they do have some restrictions so you do need to check the Rules and Regs (eg bar width, rim depth, no front discs etc., mainly for safety reasons). It's only UCI related events that have all the silly nonsense about wheel sizes, cross-section ratios, saddle angle etc.

This lovely bike would be fine to ride in UK events.

Updated the first post. Wheels are included.

Thanks for compliments. I think the Benotto in this picture (not mine) is the coolest. The one I´m selling is almost as nice :)

Just checked the shipping costs. Up to 15 kilograms the shipping cost to Great Britain is 46£ and up to 30 kilograms it`s 74£. I think the bike and a proper package would weigh something between 15-20 kg.

There are some restrictions also; the lenght of the package must be under 150cm AND the lenght + circumference must be under 300cm. This means some disassembling like taking the wheels, cranks, pedals etc. apart. I think 120 x 80 x 50 cm box with lots of cushioning would do the job just fine.
