Belgian style winter cycling caps

When I ride my vintage bikes I wear my casquette, not a helmet. In the winter I wear my 20+ year old Pearl Izumi skull cap thing that they no longer make that covers my ears under my cap. It works fine but I want a vintage style Belgian cap. My problem is my head is on the small size. The few caps I found that I'm interested in come in just one size and I don't want something that's going to be all puffed out on my head. Waltz makes a wool cap in a small size but it's not really the look I want. Anybody know of one that comes in a s/m and l/xl, like the Molteni below?

Those are nice but they're a modern style. I'll always be stuck in the 80's (except for the shorty short shorts haha)

Rapha used to make these, but no more.

This is another discontinued one they made. That's 80's style there.

Those are the exact ones Molteni sells. Perfect except they're one size fits all.
